NHW100: NH School Business Administrator Orientation Workshop (July 26-27, 2018)


This two-day workshop provides an overview of important New Hampshire legal and regulatory requirements that NH School Business Administrators must follow in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Student Transportation and Food Service.  The workshop covers the following topics:



 - Introduction to NH political process and School Business Administrator available advisors

 - NH RSA's, rules and regulations relating to budget, debt, capital reserve funds, federal and state aid programs

- NHDOE and NHDRA reporting requirements

- NH and federal laws and regulations regarding individuals within the public education system and statutory and constitutional authority

 - Introduction to principals of school finance

 - NH RSA's, rules and regulations relating to cash management



- Human Resources

- Transportation

- Food Service
